    Reference the Aspen account number and invoice number on all correspondence. If applicable, reference your purchase order number.

  3. "Bill To" Name and Address

    All billing documents will be sent to this address.

  4. "Ship To" Name and Address

    Special shipping/handling information and the delivery address.

  5. Rep. & Campaign ID numbers

    The Rep. code is an indicator of whether your order was placed through the use of an Aspen sales representative. The campaign ID indicates whether your order was placed (and possibly discounted when applicable) because of the inclusion on a campaign.

  6. Purchase Description and Pricing Information

    Description includes product title, subscriber name, and if applicable, subscription period. Pricing amounts include product price, applicable discounts, and additional charges as explained on invoice.

  7. Remittance Copy Portion of Invoice

    Portion of the invoice to be Detached and returned with payment.
