Aspen offers a range of assistance to customers in designated disaster areas who have experienced losses due to Hurricane Katrina. We will work with you to help replace your libraries. In addition, until your business resumes, we offer such support as:
- Re-routing of Aspen products to an interim address
- Placing a hold on subscriptions and standing order updates
- Suspending cancellation of subscriptions for non-payments
- Delaying statement mailing and collection activity
- Expediting shipments for urgent needs at no extra cost
Please note that the following cannot be replaced:
- Out of print publications
- Publications Sold
- Historical volumes of annual publications or CD ROM publications
- Printed newsletter or journal issues older than six months (electronic copies may be available)
If you are in need of special support please contact Aspen’s Customer Care team by calling 1-800-234-1660 (within the U.S.) or +1-301-698-7100 (outside the U.S.) or by emailing us at customercare@aspenpublishers.com . For customers located in the areas most affected by Katrina, we are temporarily suspending service on your accounts. When you are ready to resume normal business, please contact Aspen’s Customer Care team so we may update your account and review the status of your account inventory.

If you have been affected by Hurricane Katrina we will offer replacement books. You should place requests through your academic dean or registrar. We are coordinating with the schools. Schools should send their requests directly to legaledu@aspenpublishers.com or 800.950.5259 where they will be given the highest priority.
