Delores Risteau, CPP, wrote the American Payroll Association Basic Guide to Payroll in 1985. She is a founding member of the American Payroll Association and the owner of DFR Consulting company in Southern California, where she lives with her family. Risteau currently teaches compliance issues to payroll practitioners.
