Gary A. Shulman, an ERISA attorney with more than 25 years of experience in the benefits and actuarial fields, is a nationally recognized authority on Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs). Mr. Shulman earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Ohio State University and his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
